In her current role at hireneXus, Morgan focuses on working with both Private-Equity backed RIAs and independently owned, boutique, wealth management firms (RIAs, MFOs, SFOs). She works closely with her clients and candidates to help them find the right long-term fit.
Morgan graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She began her career in the executive recruiting world right after college, specializing in executive placements within the wealth management sector. Over the course of nearly five years, Morgan honed her skills in talent strategy & sourcing, establishing herself as a skilled professional in the field.
