Senior Financial Analyst, Temp, 100% Remote
We are partnering with a Private Equity backed portfolio company seeking a temporary Senior Financial Analyst for a 12 week assignments.

Candidate will have the opportunity to work 100% remote.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be required to support operational reporting and analytical needs as we continue to grow our national footprint. This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to recommend and implement strategies.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for operations
  • Assist in month-end financial close processes and reporting deliverables
  • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly financial reports and forecasts
  • Deliver key financial metrics (Revenue, Occupancy, Rate) to sales and management teams
  • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to support integration and synergy initiatives

  Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related)
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis
  • Experience in a private equity-backed company is a plus
  • Operational finance experience and the ability to work across multiple entities/functions are beneficial

  Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data warehouse tools
  • Experience with Power BI and/or Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of financial and operational processes
  • Ability to analyze and present financial data in a meaningful way
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and a team player

• Manage operations financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support month end management reporting processes and deliverables
• Support monthly and weekly reporting and forecasting
• Provide key metrics to all levels of the sales & management team (Revenue, Occupancy, Rate)
• Partner with accounting and operations to support integration and synergy reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required. Economics, finance, accounting, or related field is preferred
• PE backed company experience is a nice to have

Experience:

• 2-5 years of finance experience with background in financial analysis
• Operational finance experience a plus with ability to work across multiple entities and/or function

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Data Warehouses. Experience with Power BI and/or Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong understanding of both financial and operational processes
• Ability to provide meaningful and accurate financial information
• Good analytical skills; ability to understand and interpret financial results
• Ability to work across multiple entities and / or functional areas
• Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
• Ability to convert detailed financial analysis into summaries and provide comments
