Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced EHS Senior Manager to oversee workplace safety, environmental compliance, and health programs across the organization. This person will help create and maintain a safe work environment, ensure compliance with regulations, and support company operations by reducing safety and environmental risks.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can work well with different teams, improve safety programs, and promote a positive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage company health, safety, and environmental programs.

· Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other safety/environmental regulations.

· Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

· Develop and improve policies, procedures, and training programs.

· Partner with operations and leadership teams to promote workplace safety.

· Track safety metrics and recommend improvements.

· Support emergency response planning and risk reduction efforts.

· Manage environmental programs related to waste, hazardous materials, and sustainability initiatives.

· Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on EHS best practices.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

· 8+ years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or related environments.

· Strong understanding of OSHA and environmental regulations.

· Experience leading safety programs and investigations.

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

· Professional certifications such as CSP or CIH are a plus.

Preferred Skills

· Multi-site EHS management experience.

· Experience building or improving safety programs.

· Knowledge of ISO standards or sustainability programs is a plus.
