Clinic Manager – Medical Aesthetics

This position is with an industry leading medical aesthetics group that is partnering with, acquiring and opening best-in-class clinics and brands across the USA. The group provides world-class support to their 15+ partner-clinics across the country. Currently, they are in need of a Clinic Manager to help run a very busy San Francisco location. The CM is responsible for the overall operations and performance of the clinic. It will report directly to the COO.

Geography:
This group is a national organization with locations across the country. This role will focus on a San Francisco location. The right candidate will need to be in the area.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Team Management

    • Cultivate a collaborative, patient-focused team culture.
    • Oversee and coordinate scheduling for administrative and clinical staff to ensure seamless operations and optimal staffing levels.
    • Address and resolve performance-related concerns, implementing corrective action plans as needed.
    • Lead recruitment efforts, including conducting interviews and making final hiring decisions.
    • Develop and implement training programs to equip new employees with the necessary skills and knowledge.

    Operations & Compliance

    • Gain expertise in electronic medical records (EMR) and point-of-sale (POS) systems, providing ongoing staff training.
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
    • Ensure consistency in company policies, protocols, and service standards across all clinic locations.
    • Oversee clinic equipment maintenance and repairs to support safe and effective patient care.

    Financial & Inventory Management

    • Manage regional budgets, monitoring expenses and revenue to maintain financial health and drive growth.
    • Oversee inventory management, ensuring medical supplies are properly stocked and replenished.

    Marketing & Process Improvement

    • Lead community outreach initiatives to enhance patient engagement and brand awareness.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Proven track record of managing a healthcare facility or similar business with a team of 10+ employees.
    • Client-Centered Leadership: Strong background in customer service with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences.
    • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is preferred.
