About the Role
The Construction Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for potential projects. Through collaboration with various teams, they develop detailed proposals that support profitability while ensuring excellent customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Preconstruction Lead, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors to prepare detailed sales estimates and proposals.

Partner with Purchasing and IT teams to maintain and improve pricing tools, ensuring bid accuracy and protecting margins.

Conduct job site inspections alongside Field Service Managers and Project Managers to ensure project requirements are met.

Follow up on submitted proposals and track the outcomes of bid projects to ensure successful execution.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, including events, office visits, phone calls, meetings, and digital communications.
