Key Responsibilities
Safety Leadership

Serve as a champion for safety, fostering a culture of compliance, awareness, and proactive risk management.

Ensure all operational activities meet or exceed safety regulations and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety.
Operational Oversight

Direct and manage all facets of divisional operations—including sales, finance, HR, and safety—to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Execute operational strategies that support budget targets, sustainable growth, and long-term business success.
Strategic Planning

Lead strategic planning efforts focused on optimizing performance, driving efficiency, and aligning with company objectives.

Sales & Marketing

Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
