Direct Reports: Helpdesk Team
Position requires 100% onsite presence
Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically experienced Manager, IT Infrastructure & Support to lead the company’s IT infrastructure, security, and support operations. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of all technology systems while supporting the organization’s broader business goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management

Lead and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and end-user devices

Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance
Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor the helpdesk team

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer service excellence
Systems & Network Administration
-
Oversee installation, upgrades, and maintenance of servers, databases, and network equipment

Maintain workstation configurations and system health
Cybersecurity & Compliance

Implement and enforce security policies and tools
-
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
Technical Support & Escalation

Act as the escalation point for complex IT issues

Ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations
Vendor & Asset Management

Manage third-party vendors and IT service providers

Oversee software and hardware asset lifecycle, including licensing and budgeting
Disaster Recovery & Continuity

Develop and maintain robust backup and business continuity plans
On-Call & Incident Response

Lead 24/7 on-call rotation and manage critical incident response efforts
Required Skills & Experience
-
Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including leadership responsibilities

Proven expertise in network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT systems

Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and network security management

Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of platforms

Experience with IT security frameworks, tools, and compliance processes

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP)

Skilled in managing both internal teams and external vendors

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Highly organized and process-driven
Work Environment
