Business Development Manager

Location: Chicago Metropolitan Area

Position Overview

The nation’s leading, independent multi-specialty group is rapidly growing throughout Chicagoland and is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand their market reach in core services specialties like Radiology, Infusion, and PT/OT. This individual will be responsible for driving growth, and executing sales initiatives that enhance revenue and market share across prioritized service lines.

Strategic Sales Leader – Healthcare Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Establish and strengthen relationships with local healthcare providers, including physician practices, specialty groups, and hospitals, to drive market penetration.
  • Revenue Growth: Implement sales strategies to enhance service utilization and increase revenue across key service lines.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing targeted outreach initiatives to expand market presence.
  • Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continued collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and maximize results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare business development, sales, or provider relations.
  • Proven track record in selling healthcare services, particularly in laboratory, infusion, and diagnostic imaging solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Illinois healthcare market and established relationships with local providers (preferred).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to execute strategic sales plans that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
