Regional Sales Manager
HireneXus is partnering with a leading provider of equipment financing solutions company to identify exceptional candidates for the role of Regional Sales Manager. This organization specializes in providing loans and leases to businesses in industries such as construction, fleet transportation, machine tool manufacturing, and waste management. With a presence across North America, their team sources business through end-users, equipment vendors, and manufacturers, handling transaction sizes ranging from $100,000 to $2,500,000. This role will focus on the fleet transportation industry.

They have multiple regional offices and offer a strong culture focused on building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and equipping their sales team with the tools and training needed to succeed.
The ideal candidates will be self-starters with a passion for building strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Commercial Finance experience within the transportation industry is a must. Experience selling trucks and or trailers is a plus.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities at both end-user and dealer levels to expand market reach.
- Client Relationship Management: Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive long-term success.
- CRM & Sales Tracking: Leverage the company’s CRM system to manage leads, monitor sales activity, and implement targeted marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with credit, documentation, collections, and marketing teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Deal Facilitation: Initiate customer applications, oversee transaction closings, and handle additional responsibilities within the assigned territory.
Qualifications & Key Success Factors
- Proven track record of sales success in equipment finance, equipment sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and in person.
- Familiarity with the equipment finance process (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Highly motivated to grow a sales territory and build a strong book of business.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
