Senior Associate, Strategic Initiatives
This position is with one of the largest multi-specialty physician groups in the country. It is Chicagoland based and also one of the fastest growing networks in the US. This group is building out it’s enterprise strategy team and is looking to add an additional resource. The Senior Associate of Strategic Initiatives will implement strategic transformation initiatives, driving change, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring successful execution. This position will collaborate across diverse teams while executing on transformation initiatives.
Geography – This group is based in Chicagoland. The ideal candidate is located in Chicagoland and can spend time in the office.
Responsibilities

Lead and execute transformation initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.

Drive the implementation of transformation objectives across cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment.

Achieve operational and financial targets for transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable success.

Translate strategic vision into actionable operational tactics, prioritizing efforts that deliver the greatest impact.

Apply change management strategies to facilitate smooth and effective organizational transformation.

Provide guidance and support to teams as they navigate through change, fostering a positive and adaptable culture.

Oversee the execution and monitoring of transformational projects and programs, ensuring progress and alignment with set goals.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement project management best practices to maximize the success of transformation initiatives.

Use data analytics and insights to assess the effectiveness and impact of transformation initiatives.

Partner with analytics teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure outcomes.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of changes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement toward goal attainment.

Support the development of key metrics that will drive decision-making and generate ROI for the organization.

Design and implement training programs to build team capabilities and enhance their contribution to transformation efforts.

Provide resources and educational materials to support staff as they adapt to new processes, workflows, and systems.

Take proactive measures to ensure the success of transformation programs, intervening when necessary to course-correct and maintain momentum.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in healthcare consulting and/or operational consulting, with a proven track record in leading transformation initiatives.
