Job Description

Territory Sales – Manufacturer’s Rep

The leadership of a manufacturer’s rep agency asked HireneXus to help them hire a key salesperson in Florida. This person will carry the title of Sales Representative and be responsible for driving sales for 10+ manufacturers through a dynamic territory.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth within the assigned territory by effectively promoting agency products.
  • Identify, engage, and expand client networks through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to maximize long-term partnerships.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct training sessions for distributors and end-users, demonstrating product applications and advantages.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Provide management and manufacturing partners with detailed reports on market opportunities, challenges, and business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to gain a deep understanding of product lines, manufacturing partnerships, and client industries.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and deliverables efficiently.
