Overall so far the experience has been a bit frustrating. It started off great with clear expectations and communication. However, after the final interview with Panoramic it’s been a little over a week without any update. I have asked if Abby or Amy could follow up with Jethro at Panoramic and haven’t heard back. I understand people get busy and I know internally Panoramic is doing their own due diligence, however, I would expect Abby and Amy would be proactive in following up and seeing where we’re at in the process. They have been great to work with so far, however, the lack of communication in the past week has me frustrated. I have also asked about the benefits pamphlet and have yet to receive that.
