We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Procurement to lead and elevate our procurement function. This is an executive-level opportunity for a strategic operator with deep healthcare procurement expertise who is ready to drive meaningful cost savings, strengthen supplier partnerships, and build a high-performing team.

What You'll Do
• Define and execute enterprise procurement strategies that optimize cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain a best-in-class vendor management system.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team — setting clear objectives and driving high performance.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable regulations and internal policies; proactively manage supplier performance and contract risk.
• Partner cross-functionally to align procurement initiatives with broader business goals.
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of pricing trends and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
What We're Looking For
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare procurement or strategic sourcing.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Proven success driving margin improvements and managing supplier performance in a healthcare setting.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable commercial terms.
• Financial acumen and command of cost drivers, contract structures, and market economics.
• Working knowledge of EMR systems and Office 365.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree or MBA.
• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience.
