Senior Financial Analyst
Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial will help guide the operational and strategic direction of the company including budget, forecast, and KPI development. In addition, the analyst will be involved in supporting the partnership between plant leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the company's annual planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly financial close activities.
- Prepare recurring financial reporting packages and perform variance analysis to identify business trends, operational risks, and opportunities for improved financial performance.
- Partner with operations and functional leaders to provide financial insights, performance reporting, and data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and key performance indicators that improve visibility into business results and operational efficiency.
- Analyze manufacturing and operational performance, including cost drivers, margin trends, and other metrics that influence profitability.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support capital investments, business initiatives, and executive leadership requests.
- Partner with Finance and Information Technology to enhance financial reporting capabilities, improve data quality, and support business intelligence and systems initiatives.
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of financial planning tools, ERP systems, and reporting processes while identifying opportunities to automate and streamline workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen financial planning, reporting accuracy, and decision support across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role.
- Manufacturing experience preferred, including an understanding of cost accounting concepts such as standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience developing KPI reporting, dashboards, and management reporting for business leaders.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and effectively communicate financial information to both finance and operational stakeholders.
- Experience supporting financial systems, reporting tools, or business intelligence initiatives; exposure to ERP systems and FP&A platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
