Responsibilities:

Client Service Leadership

  • Oversee recurring client service initiatives, including quarterly reporting, tax season preparation, Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) processing, annual gifting, and other firmwide deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain service standards that promote accuracy, consistency, responsiveness, and an exceptional client experience.
  • Review and approve client service activities, including account onboarding documentation and money movement requests, in accordance with firm policies and supervisory procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, implement scalable workflows, and strengthen operational controls.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client service matters while partnering closely with advisors, operations, compliance, trading, and marketing teams.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the dedicated client service professional for a select group of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their trusted advisors, including CPAs, estate planning attorneys, and other professionals.
  • Coordinate account maintenance, money movement requests, custodial paperwork, and other day-to-day service needs.
  • Support quarterly reporting processes, financial plan updates, and annual planning initiatives.
  • Coordinate tax documentation and assist with year-end planning and reporting activities.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience within a wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of investment account types, including IRAs, trusts, retirement plans, donor-advised funds, and taxable accounts.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, certificates of deposit, and related custodial processes.
  • Experience managing complex client service functions, including account opening, transfers (ACATs), Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), money movement, journals, and cashiering processes.
