Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, and executive leadership to develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and business intelligence solutions that improve financial and operational performance.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting that provide timely, actionable insights for executive leadership and business stakeholders.
- Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve financial, operational, and commercial performance.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, Customer Service, and other business leaders to support strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis.
- Develop business intelligence solutions using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools to improve data accessibility and decision-making.
- Build analytical models, forecasts, and scenario analyses that support business planning, customer analytics, revenue optimization, operational performance, and growth initiatives.
- Monitor key business metrics and develop reporting that measures operational effectiveness, customer behavior, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve data quality, reporting architecture, governance, and automation across enterprise reporting platforms.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, automate recurring analyses, and leverage AI-enabled technologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, translating complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen enterprise reporting and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, FP&A, Commercial Analytics, or another data-driven analytical role.
- Proven experience developing executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and business intelligence solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and large relational data sets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience performing trend analysis, forecasting, predictive analytics, statistical analysis, and business performance reporting.
- Experience leveraging automation, AI, and emerging analytics technologies to improve reporting efficiency and business insights is highly desirable.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex data analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
