About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, support ongoing business relationships, and help deliver solutions that create long-term value. You will receive product and industry training from our experienced sales team while playing an active role in supporting existing customers and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects
- Supporting customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-up activities
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing business and develop new accounts
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are handled efficiently
- Managing sales activities, customer communications, and follow-up within the ERP/CRM system
- Providing outstanding customer service that leads to repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Supporting business development efforts within industrial and manufacturing markets
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer service, inside sales, or industrial sales environments
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Confidence communicating with customers and supporting sales conversations
- Self-motivation, initiative, and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or product-based businesses is a plus
