With a mature QMS already in place and a facility expansion currently underway, the person stepping into this role will have real infrastructure to build on and a genuine mandate to grow with the business.

•    Ensure quality and safety training is developed, available, and delivered across the organization

•    Assist hands-on alongside the team in preparing and completing inspection documentation as needed

Non-Conformance & Corrective Action

•    Ensure non-conformances and quality concerns are identified and processed in a timely manner

•    Lead or assist in Corrective Action, ECN, RMA, and PPAP processes

•    Drive root cause resolution and implement steps to prevent recurrence

•    Lead the active development, implementation, and ongoing assessment of the company safety program

•    Identify safety training needs across the organization and ensure appropriate training is in place

QUALIFICATIONS

•    3+ years of experience in a Quality Management role; precision metals or contract manufacturing environment strongly preferred

•    Strong blueprint reading skills with solid working knowledge of GD&T principles

•    Independent and detail-oriented with strong follow-through on projects and commitments

•    Comfortable communicating proactively and clearly across all levels of the organization

•    Willing to be present on the floor and work alongside the team day to day

•    Engineering degree preferred but not required — relevant experience and demonstrated competence carry significant weight

•    Able to work full-time onsite; some remote flexibility available as needed
