We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Manager to support and maintain our enterprise business systems environment. This role will focus on day-to-day system administration, user support, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of D365 F&O and related financial applications.

Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 F&O Administration & Support
- Provide first-level support for D365 F&O users by troubleshooting issues and answering functional questions.
- Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and security role assignments across D365 and connected platforms.
- Support workflow configuration and approval process maintenance within the ERP system.
- Assist with fixed asset setup and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Help manage and validate trial balance and financial data files.
- Perform routine system administration tasks including monitoring, maintenance, updates, and feature support.
- Escalate complex issues to senior administrators or technical teams as needed.
Business Systems & Operational Support
- Deliver Tier 1 support for integrated financial systems and reporting tools such as FloQast and business intelligence platforms.
- Partner with internal teams on data validation, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Maintain system documentation, process guides, and training materials.
- Assist with testing and validation during system enhancements and updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased system efficiency.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, ERP support, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Understanding of core accounting and financial concepts such as:
- General Ledger
- Journal Entries
- Fixed Assets
- Financial Reporting
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Experience supporting additional financial or procurement platforms such as FloQast or Coupa.
- Familiarity with reporting, data validation, or BI tools.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as:
- MB-920: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP)
- MB-300: Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations
