•    Coordinate material flow to support production schedules and avoid shortages or excess

•    Partner with purchasing to maintain accurate inventory levels

Scheduling & Cross-Functional Coordination

•    Own production scheduling and execution against customer demand

•    Coordinate with Customer Service, Quality, and Maintenance teams

•    Adjust schedules dynamically based on capacity and downtime events

Shipping & Receiving

•    Oversee inbound and outbound material flow to ensure accurate, timely execution

•    Ensure all shipments are verified, documented, labeled, and processed correctly

•    Coordinate with production, customer service, and carriers to support delivery commitments

Performance Management & KPIs

•    Track labor efficiency, throughput, schedule adherence, and inventory accuracy

•    Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions

•    Participate in operating cadence reviews with leadership

Safety, Quality & Compliance

•    Enforce adherence to safety policies and safe work practices across the facility

•    Support quality systems and regulatory requirements including CQI-9 and ISO standards

•    Resolve non-conformances and drive root cause / corrective action processes

Qualifications

•    5+ years of manufacturing or industrial operations experience

•    3+ years in a supervisory or operations leadership role

•    Proven track record managing labor, scheduling, and production in a high-throughput environment

•    Solid understanding of safety and quality standards (CQI-9 / ISO familiarity a plus)
