Flexographic Press Operator
Need skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join the Press Operations team.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate a flexographic press (Nilpeter or similar), ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and waste reduction standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure materials are prepared and available for efficient production
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and quality system standards
- Contribute to innovation efforts by helping develop new products and processes
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Effective time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across diverse groups
- Customer-focused mindset with responsiveness to both internal and external needs
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2+ years of printing experience required
- Experience with cold foils, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and tactile varnishes preferred
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems preferred
